Scope
This notice applies to the public website at openworldinitiative.com. It does not yet cover future accounts, transmitted forms, mailing lists, project workspaces, or community tools that are not active.
Information submitted to OWI
The current contact form prepares text in your browser and attempts to copy it to your clipboard. It does not transmit the form to OWI. OWI therefore does not intentionally receive the name, email address, inquiry type, or message entered into that form.
Hosting and security information
Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. OWI may receive limited logs through its hosting tools for reliability and security.
Data minimization and retention
OWI intends to collect only information reasonably needed for a stated purpose, restrict access, and retain it only as long as needed for operations, security, legal obligations, or documented public records. A specific retention schedule will be published before transmitted forms or accounts launch.
Sale, advertising, and profiling
OWI does not currently sell personal information, run behavioral advertising, or intentionally create advertising profiles from activity on this website.
Sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, health information, confidential research, or other sensitive information into website forms.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. OWI does not knowingly use this website to collect personal information from children.
Future services and changes
Before OWI activates transmitted forms, accounts, analytics, mailing lists, or other data features, this notice will be revised to describe the information, purpose, access, retention, sharing, security, and applicable choices. Material changes will be dated.

Privacy questions may be prepared through the Contact page. Because the form does not transmit yet, an official privacy contact method will be published before OWI begins intentionally collecting information through the website.
